The New Studio for the Visual Arts - Class and Workshop Registration Policy

To ensure the best experience for our students and instructors, The New Studio for the Visual Arts (NSVA) maintains the following policies regarding class and workshop registration, cancellations, and refunds.

Weekly Classes:

• Registration Deadline: All participants must register at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class date.
• Registrations submitted after the deadline are subject to a $10 drop-in fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• Withdrawals submitted in writing (via email) before the registration deadline will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made after the deadline will receive a credit toward a future class.
• No refunds will be issued after the deadline.

Studio Cancellation of Classes and Workshops:

In the event a class or workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registration or at the request of an instructor, all registered participants will be issued a full refund.

Please Note: All withdrawal and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Approval for refunds and credit transfers is subject to the discretion of the instructor and Peggy Kirkwood.

Health Notice:

• The New Studio for the Visual Arts (NSVA) adheres to all State of Florida and Palm Beach County guidelines. By attending events at NSVA, you acknowledge and accept our procedures, thereby releasing NSVA from any and all liability.
• If you have a cold, fever, do not feel well or came in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please stay home.
• People with food allergies, please be aware that The New Studio is NOT a nut free facility.
