The New Studio for the Visual Arts - Class and Workshop Registration Policy
To ensure the best experience for our students and instructors, The New Studio for the Visual Arts (NSVA) maintains the following policies regarding class and workshop registration, cancellations, and refunds.
Multi-Week Course Registration Deadline
- All participants must register at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled class date of the series.
Cancellations and Credits:
- If a student misses a class within a multi-week series, credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.
- Credit transfer requests must be submitted in writing (email) and must include the requested make-up class date.
- No refunds will be granted after the registration deadline.
Studio Cancellation of Classes and Workshops:
In the event a class or workshop is cancelled due to insufficient registration or at the request of an instructor, all registered participants will be issued a full refund.
Please Note: All withdrawal and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Approval for refunds and credit transfers is subject to the discretion of the instructor and Peggy Kirkwood.
Health Notice:
- The New Studio for the Visual Arts (NSVA) adheres to all State of Florida and Palm Beach County guidelines. By attending events at NSVA, you acknowledge and accept our procedures, thereby releasing NSVA from any and all liability.
- If you have a cold, fever, do not feel well or came in contact with someone who has COVID-19, please stay home.
- People with food allergies, please be aware that The New Studio is NOT a nut free facility.
